Delivery method
A. Providing method of delivery:
The delivery and receipt process is applied to all goods being traded at Tien Nam Phat Co., Ltd.
1.Delivery Time:
From 8:00 PM to 5:00 PM (including weekdays except Sundays and public holidays as prescribed by the Vietnamese State).
2. Delivery method:
2.1 Delivery at Tien Nam Phat warehouse
Tien Nam Phat's delivery staff will deliver goods at warehouse to our customers.
2.2 Delivery within Ho Chi Minh city
Delivery staff of Tien Nam Phat will deliver products to the address specified by the customer.
2.3 Delivery - Express delivery
The goods are sent via courier service provider. Time you receive the goods in a period of 1 to 3 working days.
2.4 Delivery - Carriage of specialized vehicles
Goods are transported by car on route with customers in provinces outside Ho Chi Minh City. This way, you will receive the goods in a period of 3 to 5 working days.
3. Documents accompanying goods:
VAT bill
Receipt of delivery.
Goods warranty card (if any)
User guide (if any)
Certificate of origin, quality (CO / CQ) of goods (if any)
B. Regulations on methods of receiving goods:
1. Goods received directly
Customers receiving goods from the delivery staff of Tien Nam Phat are responsible for checking goods at Tien Nam Phat warehouse and signing for confirmation in the delivery record of Tien Nam Phat
2. Indirectly received goods
When receiving goods from Tien Nam Phat, customers are responsible for checking goods and accompanying documents.
• In case of goods-vouchers as required, customers can confirm by one of the following methods:
- Sign the confirmation in the delivery record of Tien Nam Phat and Fax back to: 028 6298 7290
- Send a confirmation Email with the business in charge of the order.
- Confirm message with the sales manager.
• In case goods and documents do not meet the requirements, customers need to keep the status quo of goods and respond to Tien Nam Phat within 1 working day.
